POLICIES

TRAVEL AND ADDITIONAL FEES
​
Travel is included within the Cowichan Valley (Cobble Hill-Chemainus). Travel fee's vary based on location but are approximately $70 per hr. to cover the cost of gas and travel time. Travel is based on one direction.
*Additional travel fee's when applicable. ie: hotel, ferry, parking.

Start times prior to 7:30am have an additional $100 early start fee.
​
An auto gratuity of 20% is applied to all groups of 6+ services.
​
Groups that require an additional artist will be subject to a fee. *Please inquire

POLICIES
​
All Services are preformed on location.
​
A $200 non-refundable deposit as well as a signed service agreement contract must be received in order to hold your scheduled Wedding Day booking. Payment for the deposit can be made by e-transfer or online via credit card.
​
May-October Saturdays have a minimum booking of 5 services.
​
A minimum of 60 days notification is required to cancel or reschedule wedding bookings. If less that 60 days are given 50% deposit is forfeited and remaining balance is to be paid in full.
